The Apanas Roast is a smooth, med-roast using high-quality beans that have been dried naturally in Nicaragua. This coffee starts off with a strong chocolate flavour and transitions to a mild acidic berry, finishing with a subtle honey note.

Whole Bean Coffee
The Hudson Roast is a dark roast. This dark roast coffee has so much complexity - from aroma to taste to mouthfeel. It produces a warm aroma with subtle notes of sweet, earthy chocolaty tastes and a creamy after taste.

Whole Bean Coffee
The Inuds Roast uses very aromatic beans from a family farm near Banglore, India. of masala chai that take you on a nostalgic trip to the streets of India. The green beans are imported from the Ratnagiri Estate farm in Karnataka and freshly roasted in Vancouver. This new roast is like bringing a piece of India into each bag.
Tasting Notes: Masala chai, White pepper, and Dried dates.
